iParty Event Rentals is NOT responsible for damages to any type of underground line. This includes gas, sprinkler, sewer, electric, telecommunications or any other type of line that can result in being damaged durng installation. It is the customer’s responsibility to perform due diligence of surrounding area prior to installation, and if necessary, contact MISS DIG (811) when necessary.

  1. Renter is responsible to obtain any Local, State, or County permits if any are needed.
  2. Renter agrees not to loan,sublet or otherwise depose of equipment or use in any other location.
  3. Renter agrees to pay in full the replacement cost, including labor, if the rental equipment is lost, stolen, or damaged beyond repair.
  4. Renter agrees to allow IPARTY EVENT RENTALS right to enter premises of renter at any time to repossess said equipment.

    RETAINERS & PAYMENTS:
    All reservations require a 50% NON REFUNDABLE RETAINER to reserve rental equipment. Balance of reservation is due 10 days prior to delivery or pick up from our location. A reservation of $500 or less requires a 100% NON REFUNDABLE RETAINER.

    RENTAL TERM:
    All rental terms are for a 1 day period unless otherwise noted. No refunds for unused or canceled items.

    WEATHER:
    IPARTY EVENT RENTALS, at its own discretion and at any point in time, reserves the right to cancel or postpone any order if weather is deemed severe and unsafe. If such occurrence takes place, renter shall not owe remaining balance if order is canceled due to weather conditions. Deposits are non-refundable and cannot be refunded due to cancellation because of weather conditions.

    LOSS/DAMAGE:
    The renter is held solely responsible for all equipment rented, from the time of delivery until equipment is picked up. Please ensure all equipment is secured when not in use, and protected from the elements. Any equipment lost or damaged will be charged full replacement cost to the renter.

    HOLD HARMLESS:
    Renter understands and acknowledges that play on amusement devices including, but not limited to, inflatables entails both known and unknown risks including, but not limited to, death or physical injury from falling, slipping, crashing or colliding, emotional injury, paralysis, distress, or damage to any participant. Renter agrees to indemnify and hold IPARTY EVENT RENTALS harmless from any and all claims, actions, suits, proceedings, cost, expenses, fees, damages and liabilities, including, but not limited to, reasonable attorney’s fees and costs, arising by reason of injury, damage or death to persons or property, in connection with or resulting from the use of the rented equipment. This includes, but is not limited to, the manufacture, selection, delivery, possession, use, operation, or malfunction of any equipment. Renter hereby releases and holds harmless IPARTY EVENT RENTALS from any death, injury or damages that may incur as a result of the use of the rented equipment. IPARTY EVENT RENTALS cannot, under any circumstance, be held liable for injuries or death as a result of inappropriate use, nature, or any other conditions beyond its control or knowledge. Renter also agrees to indemnify and hold harmless IPARTY EVENT RENTALS from any loss, damage, theft or destruction of the equipment during the term of the rental period and any extension thereof.

    INDEMNIFY:
    Renter agrees to indemnify and reimburse IPARTY EVENT RENTALS for all liabilities and expenses, including attorney fees to his agents or third parties, arising out of the use of goods or breach of the contract by renter.

    RENTER’S RESPONSIBILITY:
    It is the renters responsibility to ensure that all users (and user’s guardians) of the rental equipment go over and understand all the safety guidelines and rules.

Price based on address of delivery | Monday – Friday | 8am to 5pm | Saturday 9am-12pm| based on availability.

Standard delivery fees are based on address of delivery. Minimum delivery start at $75. Our standard delivery includes any delivery and pick up that occurs between 8am and 5pm. The standard delivery fee includes both directions: delivery and pickup, so long as they are each within the standard window at our convenience. Any delivery/pick up outside of these hours will be subject to additional costs.

What is the labor fee? Labor fee applies to all orders leaving our location, whether delivery or customer pick up. The labor fee covers the cost of the labor to clean, repair, prep, store, loading and installing of the equipment.

Does the delivery fee include set up? In most cases, we try to set up all equipment. We ask that a layout and point of contact is present to supervise placement of our equipment. Our goal is to provide outstanding service with all of our rental items.

Will I be expected to clean the equipment before I return it? We ask that all china, glassware, flatware and serving pieces are rinsed free of food. Linens should be dry and free of wax, food, trash and bagged in clear trash bags.
